WE'AR gifting you complimentary shipping for the festive season! this offer applies for all new zealand domestic and australian customers on new zealand track and trace parcel post and australian air mail options. international customers are eligible for free air mail shipping on purchases of 100€ or more.

how does this free shipping offer work? simply proceed to check out with your we'ar items selected, at this point a shipping cost will be added to your order. don't worry as this item is deleted when we'ar processing, wrapping and sending your item. remember you are not charged by we'ar until your item is shipped;at which point we will send you a confirmation of your order with details on everything in your order - here you will see your shipping cost would have been changed to 0.00.

we'ar deliverered by nz parcel post within new zealand with tracking, and unfortunately are unable to deliver to post-office boxes. when we offer free shipping deals, these apply to air mail for international customers, and our parcel post options for new zealand customers.

this offer is valid on all orders placed with WE'AR online untill 5pm (nz time) on the 25th of december 2011.  we'ar wish you a happy festive season!

so how does we'ar shipping work exactly?

we ship all international orders using either new zealand international air post, or new zealand express courier.

shipping costs for each order have the freight cost calculated on the weight of the garments within the order, and the delivery address location. before you confirm your order the shopping cart will allow you to see how much your shipping charges will be for each alternative shipping method. we'ar shipping out the we'ar love on business days, monday to friday, excluding statutory holidays in new zealand.

Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated as you go through checkout; these charges are based on weight: please note that your package may be subject to additional postage fees by your local customs service. check with your local postal provider as to what these may be.

so how much will my we'ar purchases cost to ship to me?

as an example of the costs for shipping you may expect to recieve a fresh as tank is around 70 grams, this item will cost aproximately $21usd to send to the united states of america, $22usd to europe and $18usd by the economy courier service. whilst you can expect to pay between $3.00usd and $8.00usd to the same destinations via air mail.

the benefits to courier service over air mail, is both in the time it takes for an item to arrive and also in the ability to track the items sent. air mail is a non tracked service, and will only insure purchases up to the value of $250 nzd.
 
new zealand deliveries are delivered by tracked parcel post and your dispatch email will contain your docket tracking reference which can be checked at the courier post website. if you wish to recieve your parcel sooner then contact us to ask about overnight and courier options. these will usually incurr a small additional charge.
