WE'AR gifts are carefully selected, packaged, wrapped and beribboned with love by our team located in our head office in newton auckland. Include a little note during checkout and WE'AR will hand write it up for you, or maybe you prefer to remain anonymous? the choice is yours!
WE'AR gifts are then sent via tracked parcel post all over the country or overseas; it doesn't matter if you are buying for someone from exotic far off lands or closer to home, we treat each parcel with the same amount of love and care.
what will my gift look like when it arrives?
WE'AR gifts are carefully arranged for safe transit, and if they need to be, we secure them into a bundle with all natural red twine. after they are bundled we slip in a beautiful WE'AR postcard and some a complimentary pack of our signature incense so that when your friend unwraps their present everything smells beautiful!
we wrap all gifts in divine bright red 100% post consumer eco friendly recycled tissue paper . kind to the earth and lavish to look at! then beribboned with reusable, hand finished contrasting fabric ribbon.
don't forget to write a note at checkout! because WE'AR take the time to write these all by hand and tie them lovingly to your gift.
then we take this present and wrap it safely in one of our parcel posting bags to protect it on its journey from us to your loved one. lovely!
How long will it take for my gift to arrive with my giftee?

as a rule parcel post to new zealand takes 2- 3 business days, but over high posting periods its best to allow for 4 - 5 days just in case. if you really need to get you gift to your giftee faster, call us and we can arrange for an overnight signed courier for a few dollars more.
sending overseas? air mail takes around 3 - 10 business days, whilst economy courrier takes 2- 3 business days.
i'm a Auckland local, can i just pick my package up from you?
yes! when you place your order just write in the notes section that you would like to pick up your parcel from the cross street store. this is a great option if you know exactly what you want and say want to order from work and pick up your gift on the way to your best friends brithday party!
we'ar will cancel any shipping charges when we process your order, and have your gift wrapped and ready to go. If you place your order before 1pm your package will be ready for pickup by 3pm, if you order by 3pm your package will be ready for pickup by 5pm! but if it's really urgent we definitely whip it up faster! just let us know.
How do I get the right size or fit for my friends gift?

it can be hard to buy for a friend, girlfriend or partner. if your giftee has shopped with us before online then we will have their sizes handy not to mention know the pieces that they might already own!
all WE'AR staff are very good at consulting via phone, email and skype on any questions you may have, and we'ar all happy to go the extra mile! sometimes that means taking photos of ourselves in a shirt to show you what it really looks like on a size 14 woman!
really stuck? a voucher is a great gift idea and that way you know they will love whatever they end up with!
What if my giftee doesn't fit their gift/ the colour is wrong/ they already have it?

WE'AR operate a really great returns policy on gifts! if the gift just isn't right for whatever reason they can return it to us for an exchange, credit or online voucher within the first two weeks of receiving their gift. all they need to do is contact us and we can sort the rest!
if they are local to our auckland hq and would prefer to peruse our range in person they just need to keep their packing slip and bring their gift into store. simple!
